"Finally didn’t get stuck waiting forever"
I was expecting to sit there forever like I usually seem to, but they actually got me seen quickly. For once, I didn’t have to feel like my time was being wasted. No real complaints.
"Good staff, just caught me at the wrong time"
The treatment itself was fine and the staff were really nice, but the package sales pitch afterward felt like too much. I get that they have offers to share, but the timing was bad for me and I wasn’t really in the mood to make decisions right then. It made the visit feel more stressful than it needed to be.
"Didn’t feel worth what I paid"
I went in really hoping I’d see better results after a few treatments, but i barely noticed any change. The staff was friendly and I don’t have any complaints about them, but the outcome itself was disappointing for the amount of money I spent. I feel like some of that disappointment was preventable if expectations had been explained a little more clearly upfront. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it ended up feeling like a lot of time and money for very little payoff

"Pretty clean and comfortable clinic"
I walked in and the clinic was pretty much spotless. The floors, rooms, and even the front desk area all looked really neat and well taken care of. It made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell they stay on top of keeping the place clean

"Still remember how uncomfortable it felt"
I still remember sitting there and feeling way more pain than I expected. From the way it was explained beforehand, I thought it would be manageable, but once the treatment started it felt like too much for me. When I mentioned that it hurt, I kind of felt rushed instead of really listened to, which made the whole experience even more uncomfortable. Maybe it works fine for other people, but personally I left feeling uneasy about it.

"Felt Worth It Overall"
At first, I had a gut feeling it was a little on the pricey side, but after seeing the results, it made sense to me. The prices seemed fair enough, i feel like I got good value in the end

"Super professional staff"
Everyone I talked to was really nice and seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Overall, it was a really smooth visit and I felt comfortable the whole time

"Cancellation details were clear enough"
Before I booked, I gave the refund and cancellation info a quick look because I didn’t want to get caught out later. It was laid out plainly, nothing too complicated or sneaky. The notice rules seemed reasonable, so I figured, yeah, that works. Made the booking feel a lot less risky.

"RUN FROM THE OMAHA LOCATION"
RUN! The reviews on here are mostly friends. The injector I had did not know what she was doing for Botox and especially lips you'll walk away looking like Marge Simpson with one eye lower than the other and have to get it dissolved somewhere else and redone and wait out the Botox. The customer service is horrible, the Regional Manager is uneducated, unprofessional and does not listen to concerns. The entire process was expensive to have to go elsewhere and get things fixed. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.
"Decent treatments, but the support pattern was frustrating"
The treatments themselves were fine, but the customer service experience wasn’t great. I noticed a pattern quickly: slow responses, short answers, and I felt like they were trying to rush me off the phone. I even had to call twice just to get basic questions answered. Overall, the actual service was okay, but their support definitely needs some work.
